simpletool.io provides a set of free, browser-based utilities ("the tools"). The tools are provided for personal and commercial use. We do not require an account to use them. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.

You agree not to use simpletool.io to process content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malware, or harasses individuals. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or abuse the hosting infrastructure.

Specific tools (for example, the Fake IBAN Generator) are intended strictly for testing and educational use. You must not use outputs from those tools to commit fraud, impersonate real people or institutions, or mislead third parties.

4. Intellectual property

The simpletool.io name, logo, design, and content are the property of the site operator. The tools themselves embody original implementations. Output you generate with the tools is yours to use without restriction.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the operator of simpletool.io be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the tools. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed US$50 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

7. Third-party services

simpletool.io integrates with third-party services (analytics, advertising, email, form handling). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or behaviour of third-party services.
